At Cell2Get, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every electronics purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your device within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our standard restocking terms.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for approval.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all included accessories, manuals, and protective materials are present.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
